Returns

To return your product you should contact us and we will provide you with a return label if your order is eligible for a free return.

Otherwise you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your exchanged product to reach you.

If you are returning more expensive items, you can use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
